ASSISTANT MANAGER - DYEING & PROCESSING

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure achievement of production targets within planned timelines.
• Monitor machine utilization and improve operational efficiency.
• Ensure dyed yarn meets approved shade, fastness, and quality standards.
• Identify and resolve dyeing defects, including uneven dyeing, staining, contamination, and shade variations.
• Supervise dyeing staff and allocate manpower according to production requirements.
• Train employees on dyeing procedures, quality standards, and safety practices.
• Ensure proper handling and storage of dyes and chemicals, along with preventive maintenance of machines.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, operational procedures, and company policies.

Candidate Profile:

• Relevant experience in yarn dyeing operations, preferably in textile manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of dyeing processes, shade matching, color fastness, and quality control.
• Proven skills in team supervision, production planning, and operational efficiency.
