Job Description

Position: Assistant Manager - Dyeing & Processing 

Education: BE Textile Engineer or relevant field.

  • Supervise all jigger dyeing operations and operators.
  • Ensure batches are processed according to approved dyeing recipes.
  • Monitor shade, temperature, pH, time, speed, and fabric tension.
  • Coordinate with Lab and QC for shade approval and quality control.
  • Control reprocessing, defects, chemical usage, and production wastage.
  • Maintain production records and ensure safety and housekeeping standards.
  • Specialized in Jigger machine operation.
