Utopia Industries Hiring Assistant Manager FG Warehouse & Logistics

Location: Utopia Industries – Nooriabad, Sindh

Utopia Industries is looking for a competent and experienced professional to lead Finished Goods (FG) Warehouse & Logistics Operations at our Nooriabad plant.

🎓 Education:

• Master’s degree required.

• MBA BBA preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage overall FG warehouse and logistics operations, ensuring smooth material flow and timely dispatches.

• Supervise receiving, storage, inventory control, dispatch, loading, and offloading activities.

• Ensure inventory accuracy and proper transactions in WMS/ERP systems.

• Monitor dispatch planning, container execution, shipment timelines, and optimum CBM utilization.

• Coordinate with Production, Planning, Commercial, and Transport departments.

• Optimize warehouse space utilization and ensure proper stock placement.

• Lead warehouse teams, supervisors, executives, and labor workforce.

• Monitor operational KPIs and implement improvements to minimize delays and detention costs.

• Ensure compliance with FIFO, warehouse SOPs, safety standards, housekeeping, audits, and export shipment requirements.

• Oversee cycle counts, physical inventory, and daily operational reporting.

• Resolve operational issues and develop the warehouse team to improve efficiency and discipline.
