ASSISTANT MANAGER - INVENTORY

𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐎𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐢𝐞𝐰:
𝐔𝐭𝐨𝐩𝐢𝐚 𝐈𝐧𝐝𝐮𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐬 is looking for experienced professionals to manage Finished Goods (FG) Warehouse operations at its facility. The role involves overseeing inventory control, dispatch operations, and warehouse efficiency in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:
Manage end-to-end FG warehouse operations including storage, inventory, and dispatch
Ensure accurate stock management, FIFO/LIFO compliance, and reconciliation
Coordinate with Production, Sales, and Logistics teams for timely dispatches
Supervise warehouse staff and ensure adherence to SOPs and safety standards
Optimise warehouse space utilisation and operational efficiency
Prepare and maintain warehouse reports and records

𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:
Master`s in Supply Chain, Logistics, or a relevant discipline
4–6 years of experience in FG Warehouse or logistics operations
Strong knowledge of inventory management and ERP systems
Good leadership, communication, and coordination skills
Experience in a manufacturing environment will be preferred
