Assistant Manger Warehouse

Major Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day warehouse operations, ensuring efficient receiving, storage, inventory control, picking, and dispatch activities.
• Oversee Finished Goods (FG) Warehouse operations and ensure timely and accurate movement of finished products.
• Manage and optimize Warehouse Management System (WMS) transactions and processes to maintain inventory accuracy and operational efficiency.
• Coordinate with Logistics, Production, Sales, and other relevant departments to ensure smooth warehouse and dispatch operations.
• Monitor warehouse space utilization, stock movement, inventory accuracy, and operational performance.
• Ensure compliance with warehouse SOPs, safety standards, inventory controls, and company policies.
• Lead and supervise warehouse teams, ensuring effective manpower utilization and achievement of operational targets.
• Identify operational issues and implement effective solutions to improve warehouse efficiency and productivity.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a relevant discipline.
• 5–6 years of relevant experience in Warehouse Operations, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
• Proven experience in Finished Goods Warehouse management.
• Hands-on experience in managing and operating WMS (Warehouse Management System).
• Strong understanding of warehouse and logistics operations, inventory management, and dispatch processes.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-oriented manufacturing environment.
