Job Description

Major Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end Finished Goods (FG) Warehouse operations across multiple shifts, including inventory control, supervision, and loading activities.
  • Optimize warehouse layout, zoning, and storage practices for bulky plastics and heavy metal products.
  • Ensure 100% inventory accuracy through effective cycle counting, stock verification, and audit readiness.
  • Ensure real-time ERP transactions for production receipts, stock movements, and gate dispatches to minimize variances and documentation gaps.
  • Implement appropriate handling and storage practices to prevent product deformation, scratches, moisture damage, oxidation, and other product deterioration.
  • Coordinate daily picking and dispatch activities with Sales and Logistics to ensure timely and error-free shipments.
  • Lead month-end shipment consolidation to improve vehicle utilization and transportation cost efficiency.
  • Monitor and report slow-moving, non-performing (NP), rejected, and excess stocks for timely management action.
  • Develop and maintain inventory health reports, warehouse space utilization, and team KPI dashboards using advanced Excel and/or Power BI.

Job Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a relevant discipline.
  • 6–8 years of relevant experience in Finished Goods / Warehouse Operations, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong hands-on experience in FG warehouse management, inventory control, dispatch operations, and ERP systems.
  • Experience managing multiple shifts and warehouse teams, including supervisors, inventory controllers, and loading staff.
  • Strong understanding of inventory accuracy, cycle counting, warehouse zoning, stock aging, and audit requirements.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel; experience with Power BI and data-driven warehouse reporting will be an advantage.
  • Strong leadership, analytical, problem-solving, coordination, and communication skills.
  • Experience in Plastic and Metal manufacturing will be preferred.
