EXECUTIVE - INVENTORY

Job Summary
Utopia Industries is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Executive – FG Warehouse & Logistics to manage finished goods warehouse operations, inventory movement, dispatch coordination, and logistics activities. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate inventory handling, timely dispatches, and smooth coordination with internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day Finished Goods (FG) warehouse operations.
Monitor receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch of finished goods.
Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock counts/reconciliations.
Coordinate with Sales, Planning, Production, and Logistics teams for timely dispatches.
Prepare and maintain warehouse and dispatch documentation.
Monitor loading, transportation, and delivery activities.
Ensure proper warehouse safety, housekeeping, and compliance with SOPs.
Identify and report inventory discrepancies, damages, and operational issues.
Support continuous improvement of warehouse and logistics processes.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
1–3 years of relevant experience in warehouse, logistics, or supply chain operations.
Good understanding of FG warehouse and inventory management.
Proficiency in MS Excel and preferably experience with ERP/WMS systems.
Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced operational environment.
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
