EXECUTIVE - PRODUCTION

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and monitor daily and monthly production activities in line with customer orders and shipment schedules.
• Achieve production targets through effective line balancing, capacity planning, manpower allocation, and machine utilization.
• Manage end-to-end garment production, including cutting, sewing, finishing, pressing, and packing.
• Monitor production efficiency, productivity, DHU, rework, rejection, absenteeism, and downtime.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, quality standards, buyer requirements, and production specifications.
• Coordinate with Planning, IE, QA/QC, Cutting, Stores, Maintenance, Warehouse, and Commercial teams.
• Analyze production reports, identify performance gaps, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Drive Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen, waste reduction, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Monitor WIP, material flow, machine availability, and resource utilization to minimize production interruptions.
• Lead production teams through effective manpower planning, training, and performance management.
• Ensure workplace safety, housekeeping, discipline, and compliance with company policies.
• Conduct Gemba walks and daily production meetings to resolve bottlenecks and improve workflow.
• Prepare daily and weekly reports on output, efficiency, quality, manpower, downtime, and order status.

Candidate Profile:

• Relevant experience in garment or textile manufacturing, preferably in bathrobe production.
• Strong understanding of production planning, line balancing, and garment manufacturing processes.
• Knowledge of production KPIs, Lean Manufacturing, 5S, and continuous improvement.
• Strong analytical, coordination, problem-solving, and team management skills.
