We’re Hiring: Executive Production – Printing

Flexo | Barcode | Sublimation

Ready to run the floor of a fast-moving printing operation? We’re looking for a hands-on production professional who can turn plans into on-time, high-quality output and keep finding better ways to work.

What You’ll Do

Run Production

• Oversee end-to-end Flexo, Barcode, and Sublimation operations for a smooth, efficient workflow
• Plan and execute daily and monthly production schedules to meet business targets
• Allocate manpower and resources for maximum output
• Supervise Barcode Printing operations across multiple sites

Protect Quality and Delivery

• Coordinate sample development and approvals before bulk production
• Monitor product quality and uphold printing standards
• Coordinate dispatch planning and ensure timely delivery
• Handle customer and internal complaints quickly and professionally

Keep Materials and Machines Moving

• Ensure raw materials, inks, and consumables are always available
• Manage inventory across raw materials, WIP, and finished goods
• Work with Maintenance on machine uptime and preventive servicing
• Troubleshoot production issues and resolve them fast

Collaborate and Coordinate

• Partner with Procurement on material planning
• Work with Design and R&D on product feasibility and development
• Coordinate with suppliers and vendors, including foreign suppliers

Drive Results and Improvement

• Conduct finished goods costing and analysis to improve production efficiency
• Prepare production reports, performance summaries, and KPI data
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to reduce waste and optimize processes
• Take on other tasks assigned by Management or the HOD
