Job Summary

Utopia Industries is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Executive – Transportation to join our Supply Chain & Logistics team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate daily transportation and vehicle requirements.
• Liaise with transporters, drivers, warehouses, and internal teams.
• Ensure timely vehicle availability and smooth dispatch operations.
• Monitor vehicle movement, deliveries, and transportation performance.
• Maintain transportation records and support cost optimization.
• Resolve operational issues and ensure timely deliveries.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in transportation/logistics operations.
• Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Good command of MS Office/Excel.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced operational environment.
