Position: Manager – Project Management
Location: SITE, Superhighway Phase 2, Gulshan-e-Maymar, Karachi.

Summary

Utopia Industries is seeking an experienced Agile Project Manager to lead cross-functional projects across Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Warehousing, Logistics, Marketing, and Commercial Operations.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and Hybrid project delivery across business functions.

Coordinate cross-functional teams, workflows, dependencies, resources, and project milestones.

Manage projects through the complete lifecycle from initiation to closure.

Facilitate Agile ceremonies and ensure effective project governance and stakeholder communication.

Apply Value Stream Mapping to identify bottlenecks and improve operational efficiency.

Proactively manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and TECOP risks.

Track project performance using ERP and project management tools.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business, Engineering, IT, or a related field; Master’s preferred.

8–10+ years of project management experience, including 5+ years managing enterprise/multi-divisional projects.

Experience in Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Logistics, Warehousing, PLM, or Commercial Operations.

Strong expertise in Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and Hybrid methodologies.

Proficiency in ERP systems, Jira, Asana, MS Project, or similar tools.

Strong stakeholder management, risk management, dependency management, and problem-solving skills.

PMP® certification is mandatory; PMI-ACP® is preferred.
