MANAGER - TECHNOLOGY

Key Responsibilities

Manage software projects from requirements gathering to deployment and support.

Lead the development team, assign tasks, and monitor project progress.

Coordinate with departments to gather requirements and prioritize projects.

Manage project timelines, risks, scope, resources, UAT, and go-live activities.

Apply Agile/Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies.

Report project status and ensure successful implementation and user adoption.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or a related field.

3–5 years of software project management experience, including at least 1 year of team supervision.

Knowledge of Agile/Scrum, Waterfall, and the software development lifecycle.

Proficiency in Jira, Azure DevOps, Trello, ClickUp, or MS Project.

Strong stakeholder management, requirements documentation, and communication skills in English and Urdu.
