SR. ASSISTANT MANAGER - INVENTORY

Utopia Industries Pvt. Ltd is seeking an experienced professional to oversee overall stores and inventory operations, ensuring stock accuracy, effective inventory control, and compliance with established procedures across warehouses.

𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬
Oversee daily inventory operations and maintain accurate stock levels across all warehouses.
Monitor physical stock against system records, investigate discrepancies, and ensure timely reconciliation.
Prepare inventory, stock aging, and inventory valuation reports for management.
Ensure compliance with inventory procedures, FIFO/FEFO practices, and internal controls to minimize stock losses and wastage.
Supervise inventory staff and ensure efficient execution of stores operations.
Coordinate with Procurement, Production, Warehouse, and Finance departments to ensure smooth operations.

𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a relevant field.
Relevant experience in stores, warehouse, and inventory management, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
Strong knowledge of stock reconciliation, inventory reporting, stock aging, and inventory valuation.
Hands-on experience with ERP systems, inventory management, and FIFO/FEFO practices.
Strong leadership, analytical, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
