SR. EXECUTIVE - ENGINEERING

𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐒𝐮𝐦𝐦𝐚𝐫𝐲:

We are looking for a Sr. Executive Engineer to oversee and manage the mechanical maintenance of Cut to Pack machinery within a home textile manufacturing environment. The role will be responsible for ensuring reliable and uninterrupted equipment operation, minimising downtime, implementing preventive and corrective maintenance plans, and troubleshooting mechanical issues. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Cut to Pack machinery, strong mechanical maintenance expertise, and the ability to work closely with production teams to improve machine performance, productivity, and operational efficiency.

𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:

Oversee and manage mechanical maintenance of Cut to Pack machinery to ensure reliable plant operations.
Ensure uninterrupted functioning of production equipment with a strong focus on minimising downtime and enhancing productivity.
Develop and implement preventive and corrective maintenance plans for Cut to Pack machines and associated equipment.
Diagnose mechanical issues promptly and execute effective troubleshooting to avoid production delays.
Collaborate closely with production teams to drive efficiency improvements and optimize machine performance.
Maintain accurate maintenance logs, breakdown reports, and equipment history for audit and analysis purposes.
Ensure strict adherence to safety standards, operational procedures, and compliance requirements within the production environment.𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
2–4 years of relevant experience in Home Textile manufacturing.
Hands-on experience in maintenance of cut-to-pack machinery.
Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
Good communication and problem-solving skills.
