SR. EXECUTIVE - FG WAREHOUSE

𝐔𝐭𝐨𝐩𝐢𝐚 𝐈𝐧𝐝𝐮𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐬 𝐏𝐯𝐭. 𝐋𝐭𝐝. is seeking a seasoned professional who can independently execute operational tasks with a high level of accuracy and accountability. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring proper documentation, verifying loading accuracy, and preparing timely and precise reports.

𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:
Perform WMS postings for GRNs, picking, put away, dispatches, and container loading.
Support in achieving inventory accuracy through reconciliation and cycle counts.
Prepare dispatch plans, container loading sheets, and shipment documentation.
Help reduce loading lead times by managing teams, material staging, and coordination.
Report stock variances, shortages, or delays to supervisors.
Ensure OTIF requirements are met by preparing orders on time.
Maintain safety standards and cleanliness inside the warehouse.
Support implementation of warehouse excellence initiatives like 5S and standard work routines

𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:
Bachelor’s degree (B.Com, BBA, MBA, or specialisation in Supply Chain preferred).
3-4 years of experience in store/FG/warehouse management roles.
Hands-on experience with MS Excel and ERP systems.
