SR. EXECUTIVE - OPERATIONAL EXCELLENCE

Utopia Industries is looking for a proactive and analytical Sr. Executive – Business Analyst to support process improvement initiatives, gather business requirements, analyze enterprise data, and contribute to the successful implementation of ERP, WMS, and CRM solutions across manufacturing, supply chain, and commercial operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and optimize business processes (As-Is & To-Be).

• Gather, document, and validate business & system requirements.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver effective business solutions.

• Analyze operational data and generate actionable insights using business intelligence tools.

• Support ERP, WMS & CRM implementation, UAT, and deployment.

• Prepare process documentation, business reports, and project deliverables.

• Assist in project execution using Agile and Waterfall methodologies.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Business Analytics, Information Systems, Communications, or a related field.

• MBA will be an added advantage.

• 3–5+ years of experience in Business Analysis, Systems Analysis, or Operations Consulting.

• Experience in Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Logistics, or FMCG is preferred.

• PMI-PBA® certification will be an added advantage.

        Power BI, Microsoft Project & Jira

• Knowledge of Agile & Waterfall Methodologies
