SR. EXECUTIVE - PRODUCTION

We’re Hiring: Senior Executive – Production Printing

Do you like keeping a plant running smoothly? We’re looking for an organized, hands-on professional who can connect production, materials, and maintenance so nothing slows the floor down.

What You’ll Do:

Planning, Reporting & Analysis

• Prepare and submit monthly production, dispatch, and stock closing reports
• Analyze production delays and resolve supply chain bottlenecks with Procurement
• Coordinate with R&D on new product development, cost analysis, and job feasibility

Materials & Inventory Control

• Manage the end-to-end material flow: code creation, indent approval, PR generation, GRN, and stock reconciliation
• Forecast monthly material requirements and keep stock at optimal levels, avoiding both shortages and overstocking
• Monitor inventory usage, track consumption, and reconcile discrepancies
• Work with Procurement and Store teams to ensure materials are available on time

Maintenance & Machine Uptime

• Oversee the Maintenance Section, covering electrical, electronics, and mechanical work
• Schedule and supervise preventive maintenance for all critical machines
• Coordinate with technicians to resolve mechanical, electrical, and electronic issues promptly

Coordination & Support

• Manage supplier and vendor coordination
• Handle administrative, civil-related, and carpentry tasks, along with departmental coordination
