𝐏𝐨𝐬𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐝: Sr. Executive – QC Back Process

𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:

• Monitor QC teams and Incharges on the production floor to ensure inspection discipline and quality compliance.

• Analyze quality data at Greige Inspection and Peaching stages to identify defect trends and improvement areas.

• Monitor B-Grade, defects, rejection, and reprocessing trends and highlight abnormalities.

• Conduct RCA & CAPA and coordinate corrective actions with relevant teams.

• Monitor QC productivity, inspection performance, and manpower utilization.

• Ensure compliance with SOPs, quality standards, traceability, and system entries.

• Coordinate with Weaving, Peaching, and related teams for quality improvement and defect reduction.

• Prepare quality reports, Pareto analysis, and KPI dashboards while driving Kaizen and continuous improvement.

𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 & 𝐄𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞:

• Bachelor’s degree in Textile Engineering or equivalent.

• 3–5 years of relevant experience in QC, Back Processing, Textile Manufacturing, or Operational Excellence.

• Strong knowledge of quality inspection, defect analysis, RCA, CAPA, and quality KPIs.
