SR. EXECUTIVE - QUALITY

We are looking for dynamic and experienced professionals for our Bedding Division. Candidates must have strong expertise in quality control operations, product inspection, process improvement, and team management within the textile and home textile industry.

𝑲𝒆𝒚 𝑹𝒆𝒔𝒑𝒐𝒏𝒔𝒊𝒃𝒊𝒍𝒊𝒕𝒊𝒆𝒔:-

-Manage end-to-end Quality Control operations for Bedding amp; Comforter products.-Ensure product quality compliance according to company and customer standards.

-Monitor inline and final inspections to maintain production quality.-Analyze quality issues and implement corrective and preventive actions.

-Coordinate with Production, Merchandising, and Operations teams for smooth workflow.-Maintain quality reports, audits, SOPs, and compliance documentation.

-Lead and supervise QC teams to achieve departmental targets.

-Drive continuous improvement initiatives, quality enhancement, and cost reduction activities.

𝑹𝒆𝒒𝒖𝒊𝒓𝒆𝒎𝒆𝒏𝒕𝒔:

-Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Textile Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Quality Management, or relevant field.

- 4 to 5 experience in Quality Control within Home Textile / Bedding manufacturing industry.

-Strong knowledge of fabric inspection, stitching quality, filling standards, finishing, packing, and customer quality requirements.

-Excellent leadership, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

-Candidates having relevant experience in reputed textile industries will be preferred
